Reawn / Independent web designer

Web design with
clarity & character.

I’m Reawn, an independent designer and developer. I create one-page websites for local businesses, with a distinct visual identity, clear information and considered interactions.

I handle design, development and launch, working directly with you at every stage.

Selected work.

An edit of design studies exploring different businesses, visual identities and ways to navigate a page. Each offers a closer look at how I turn a brief into a considered website.

Morrow

Independent study

Restaurants & cafés

A restaurant’s atmosphere, translated to the screen.

The brief
Create a restaurant introduction that conveys the mood of a meal while keeping the menu easy to read.
My approach
I used warm, full-width photography to establish the setting, then gave the food its own clear hierarchy. Expandable menu notes keep the main list compact.
On the page
Visitors can move from the restaurant story to a readable menu and open individual dishes for more detail.

Folia

Independent study

Florists & independent shops

A floral identity with a clear sense of occasion.

The brief
Give everyday flowers, event work and arrangements for interiors distinct places within a single, coherent introduction.
My approach
I built the opening around an oversized botanical composition. A numbered service list then turns the visual impression into specific reasons to enquire.
On the page
Three service categories lead into the studio story and a dedicated contact section, within a quiet, continuous page.

Forma

Photography & creative studios

Let the photographs lead. Give each project context.

The brief
Introduce a photography practice through its work, without making a visitor leave the page to understand each project.
My approach
I gave the imagery most of the screen and kept navigation compact. Each project opens into a larger view with its own description; a contrasting closing section makes enquiries easy to locate.
On the page
Visitors can explore Objects, Spaces and Art direction in place, open project details, then return to the gallery.

Northline

Independent study

Joinery & specialist services

An architectural approach to presenting the craft.

The brief
Explain a joinery practice through both the work it makes and the process behind it, for visitors considering a substantial interior project.
My approach
I introduced the work with an illuminated architectural model, then shifted to a white layout for four capabilities and a three-stage project process.
On the page
Cabinetry, fitted furniture, interior joinery and working spaces each have a clear place, followed by the steps from brief to installation.

Your business sets the direction.

These studies explore a few possibilities. I shape the structure, visual language and interactions around what your business needs.

Discuss your project

About my practice

One designer.
From brief to launch.

Your project stays with me throughout.

I’m Reawn, an independent web designer and developer offering one-page websites to local businesses worldwide. I take each project from the initial brief through design, development and launch.

My approach starts with the business itself: what it offers, who it serves and the character it should communicate. Those details inform the typography, imagery and structure of the page.

I keep the process focused, with an agreed scope, a clear proposal and defined stages for feedback. You work directly with the person responsible for the finished website.

I use AI tools in parts of design and development, including the concept photography above. Anything published about your business comes from material you approve.

Scope & pricing

One-page websites.
A clear starting point.

Custom Website

Scoped together

For projects that need more exploration: a distinctive art direction, a richer presentation of your work or interactions designed around the content.

  • One page, up to eight sections, in one language
  • Typography, colour and layout developed around the brief
  • Content structure and considered interactions
  • Phone and desktop layouts, search setup and launch
  • Two consolidated rounds of refinements

A written scope and quote before work begins. Additional pages, languages or custom systems are scoped separately.

Discuss a custom website

Both options include your website files at handover and 14 days of fixes within the agreed scope after launch. Domain registration and third-party services are separate costs. Ongoing care is optional and quoted separately. The selected studies show different levels of design scope.

The process

From initial brief to final handover.

  1. Discovery

I review your business, existing website and priorities, then recommend Quick Launch or a custom scope based on what the page needs to do.

  2. Scope & proposal

I provide a written scope, quote, timeline and payment terms. Work begins once you approve the proposal and pay the agreed deposit.

  3. Design & development

I prepare the first draft within three working days of receiving your approved text, photographs and contact details.

  4. Review & refinement

Quick Launch includes one round of refinements; a Custom Website includes two. Each round uses a consolidated list of feedback on the agreed content and layout.

  5. Launch & handover

After final approval and payment, I connect your domain, check the page and contact links, and hand over the website files.

Project details

Working together.

What keeps Quick Launch at US$200?

The scope is focused: one page, up to five sections, content you have already approved and one round of refinements. It suits businesses with a clear idea of what they need to communicate. New brand identity work, extensive copywriting, bespoke interactions or custom systems need a separate quote.

When is a one-page website a good fit?

A one-page website works well when your business needs a clear introduction, a focused set of services or a menu, selected work and a way to get in touch. If you need a large product catalogue, several locations or an extensive library of content, I’ll discuss a broader structure with you before defining the scope.

Can we work together from different countries?

Yes. I work with businesses worldwide, with project enquiries handled by email. We agree on the scope, content, timeline and feedback stages before work begins. Each one-page website is delivered in one agreed language; additional languages are scoped separately.

How is a project quoted?

Quick Launch has a fixed US$200 website build fee for the scope above. I quote custom projects after reviewing the brief. In both cases, I confirm the scope, total cost, delivery schedule and payment terms before you commit. Domain registration, third-party services and additional work are separate.

How will the design reflect my business?

For Quick Launch, I adapt an agreed design direction to your existing brand, supplied text and photographs. A Custom Website allows more exploration of typography, imagery and interactions. In either case, the structure helps customers find the information they need.

What content do I need to provide?

Your business name, services or menu, approved photography, contact details and any opening hours or address to be published. I help organise this material before design and development begin.

Can I keep my existing domain and booking service?

Yes. I can connect your domain and link to your existing booking or ordering service. A new booking system, online shop or payment flow would need its own scope and quote.

What happens after launch?

I include 14 days of fixes within the agreed scope. After that, you can request an update or arrange ongoing care for hosting, content edits and small fixes. I’ll confirm the cost before any extra work. Domain renewal and third-party services are billed by their providers.
